• BSL1 Biosafety Level: No separate application is required. Simply select BSL1 or Chemical/BSL1 in the Environmental Safety and Health System.
• BSL2 Biosafety Level Laboratory Application (Please download the self-assessment form to check the required equipment for your laboratory)

A total of 1184 laboratories have been reported as BSL-2 or above, including 1132 BSL-2/ABSL-2 laboratories (95.6%), 8 BSL-2+ laboratories (0.68%), 22 TB negative pressure laboratories (1.86%), 18 BSL-3 laboratories (1.52%), 3 ABSL-3 laboratories (0.25%), and 1 BSL-4 laboratory (0.09%).
