報名須知及注意事項Registration Information and Notes

1. 本次課程不提供餐點，為響應環保，請參加學員自備環保杯。

This course not provides water and meals. Please bring your own cup or battle.

2. 請進行線上報名，學員經測驗合格後將由環安室寄送電子證書，經取得證書者方可進入本校工作或實驗研究。

Please register online . When you have passed the test, we will mail you the certificate by Environmental and Safety Office. The certificate allows the person to enter the lab.

備註:

1.下列訓練課程，新進人員應至少完成3小時訓練，本訓練課程僅1小時，另2小時請自行完成數位學習課程(請參考課程說明https://she.ntust.edu.tw/p/405-1068-87509,c8625.php?Lang=zh-tw)。

2.實驗場所新進人員務必完成一般安全衛生教育訓練3小時，使用化學品進行研究者應另完成化學品危害通識訓練3小時。

113年度教育訓練為國際大樓IB-210會議室，每次限額10人。
