註冊編號原則說明Registration number principle explanation

1. 教職員工為員工編號/學生為學號Faculty and staff use employee numbers, or student use student ID.
2. 如果沒有員工編號或學號依據員工報到日參考編號填寫，如有重複編號無法註冊請通知環安室，報到日提供參考編號。If no employee or student ID, use a registration date reference number. Notify the Environmental Health and Safety Office for duplicate number issues.
