▲Application of the health examination fee

1.Subcidy for the health examination:$700

• Qualifications:

               (1) Age over 65 : Once a year

               (2) Age from 40 to 64 : Once three years

               (3) Age under 40 : Once five years.

• Approaches of reimbursement

                1.People who attend the in-school examination on 5/18: Within 700 NTD，no fee will be charged.

                  《Other excess items need to pay the difference(on-site)》

                2.People who would like to go to the cooperating ”Chi-shine Clinic” or other medical institution in person, need to pay in advanced. Please bring the Health Examination Report  ,Medical receipt(Original Receipt) and NTUST Receipt to the"Office of Environment and Safety ” for reimbursement.

               3.if you are Postdoctoral Researcher/Assistant of the Research Project → On-Site Payment. (Supported the preparation of the budget by Principal Investigator.)

2.If you don’t meet the qualifications above, you can still attend the examination at own expense.
