Kindly assist in forwarding this information to all laboratories and personnel in your department:

1️⃣ October 26 (Mon): Service suspended once due to the consecutive holiday.

2️⃣ November 02 (Mon): Service suspended once due to fund exhaustion.

🔄 Price negotiation with the contractor is scheduled for November 3 (Tue). Once the contract is successfully awarded, the resumption date for waste collection will be announced as soon as possible.

Department safety officers, please remind all laboratories again. Thank you for your cooperation!

⚠️ Important Notes:

If temporary storage is needed during the suspension period, the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Office provides a temporary storage area in the basement of Engineering Building I (Note: No elevator access). Please contact Ms. Chen at EHS Office (Ext. 1013) if needed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
