Please read the following information carefully:                                       

◎ Inspection process for the day: First report to the NTUST Health Center on time and then start various inspection processes.

◎ You may continue your daily living habits a day before, relax, eat a light diet, do not overeat, do not drink alcohol, and avoid vigorous exercise.

◎ Avoid wearing tops and underwear with metal objects (buttons, zippers, sequins, steel rings, etc.), and do not wear necklaces. It is best to wear sportswear without buttons or zippers.

◎ Please keep an empty stomach for 6-8 hours after 12:00 a.m. on 6/18 (Thursday). Do not stay up late, and do not drink coffee, strong tea, alcohol or take health care drugs. However, if you have chronic diseases, please take regular drugs (preferably with 1-2 mouthfuls of water). Except for diabetes drugs, please take them before and after meals on the day of physical examination to avoid syncope and shock due to hypoglycemia.

Inspection Items	Reasons for fasting
Abdominal ultrasound examination	If there is food in the stomach, and the organs behind the stomach, such as the pancreas, may not be clearly visible. After eating, the gallbladder will contract and become smaller, with less bile as background contrast. The lesions in the gallbladder cannot be fully examined, which affects correct interpretation.
Blood sampling examination	After eating, blood is collected and the food absorbed through digestion enters the bloodstream, which can affect the concentration of blood sugar, liver function, kidney function, uric acid, and triglycerides, and affect the accuracy of detection values.

◎If your health check includes fecal examination, please avoid consuming foods containing iron for at least three days before the check to avoid affecting the interpretation results, the distribution of test kits will take place from 6/9 to 6/12.(Please keep it properly. If lost, you will need to pay NT$100) The Health center will be open from 12:00 to 20:00. Please remember to submit your sample on the day of the event after you check in. 

◎Women who are menstruating should inform the urine sample collector on the day of their menstrual cycle so that the information can be recorded.

◎Women suspected or confirmed to be pregnant should not receive X-rays.

◎After the blood is drawn, please press tightly with cotton for 3-5 minutes and do not rub the area where the blood is drawn. If congestion and hematoma appear after blood drawing, please apply a towel hot compress for a few days after 24 hours.

◎Breakfast will be provided after the health check is completed. Those who have not registered online before the registration deadline will not be provided.

◎ Please wear masks throughout the entire process to cooperate with epidemic prevention measures.

◎After screening, send a letter notifying the subject that if they fail to undergo the test on the same day, please complete the retest before 9/30. If the retest is delayed, it will not be accepted. Please make an appointment before the retest, and the appointment information is as follows:
